AI Forge Automation ("Forge", "we") is an AI automation agency based in Beirut, Lebanon. This policy explains how we handle the details you share through this website.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you write in your message.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, we receive the details and messages you send us there.

When you visit this website, we also record anonymous visit statistics: the parts of the page you view, whether you use a phone or a laptop, where you came from, how long you stay, and whether you sent the form or tapped WhatsApp. These statistics use a random visit ID that is not linked to your name or to the details you send in the form.

Services we use

Some companies help us run this website, and they may handle your information when you use it:

• Supabase stores contact form messages, visit statistics and our business records. Our database is hosted in the European Union.
• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to us by email.
• Google Fonts provides the website's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• Meta, Google and TikTok may receive information about your visit through their ad tracking tools, if you accept ad tracking.
• WhatsApp and Instagram handle your messages if you contact us through them, under their own privacy policies.
• Our website hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site.

Cookies and tracking

Our visit statistics do not use cookies. They use a random visit ID kept in your browser until you close the tab.

When we run ads, we show a notice before any ad tracking starts. If you accept, Meta, Google or TikTok may set cookies to measure our ads. If you choose "No thanks", those tools do not run. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this website's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
